This week Anna joined Canadian organist, Isabel Demers, at the Royal Albert Hall for an afternoon of rehearsal for the Organ Celebration concert on June 4th.

Other performers in the stellar line-up for the Organ Celebration are David Briggs, Thomas Trotter and Wayne Marshall. The concert will include Reger’s Fantasia and Fugue on Bach, Britten’s Four Sea Interludes, and music from Hans Zimmer’s Interstellarscore, as heard on Anna’s new EP Midnight Sessions at the Royal Albert Hall.

There will be collaborations and fascinating demonstrations that will unveil the complexity of this majestic instrument. All of the action will be broadcast live on big screens, revealing the intricate workings of the artists’ hands and feet, and the internal mechanics of the 75-foot jewel in the Royal Albert Hall’s crown.
